Let's talk about what we eat. I've been living off sunflower seeds and hardboiled eggs with fruit lately. Protein bars are also my go-to snack before a workout.
My diet consists of Spinach and Smoked Salmon Salad with Dill Dressing, a combination of my protein and vegetables and no one can force me to change my first meal of the day, I could even eat this for a month and I wont even complain. It tastes so good that I only eat a fruit before workout because that meal is enough to give me a power boost throughout the day.
