2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ will stick to CCS Connector for now

Hey, just wanted to give you a heads up that the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ won't have the NACS connector right off the bat. No biggie but they had initially said they'd be outfitting new GM EVs with the NACS connector, which would let it charge up from an NACS source without needing an adapter. But they changed course and GM EVs are sticking with the Combined Charging System or CCS for now. Its all good and I've heard they'll be moving to the NACS connector down the line. It'd be awesome if they included the NACS port when you purchase the Cadillac Escalade IQ. Just wanted to keep you in the loop!

Well I agree that it'd be much more awesome but I don't think it'll be a major problem since the Escalade has an impressive battery range.

The NACS would be a much better fit for me but if they stick with the CCS and move towards NACS in the future then that would be alright as well. At least we can look at the improvements as we move forward with upgrades and updates
